Digital Marketer

Duties:

This position will partner with internal team members (program managers), providing operational execution support to help project manage test campaigns (alpha/beta) for the company’s managed and unmanaged advertisers while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the end-to-end testing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media advertising effectiveness and project management, along with a natural curiosity to understand how things work. They should be passionate about our platform, analytically minded, a great communicator, and able to partner with other XFN teams.

Responsibilities:

Own testing operational execution in coordination with internal teams supporting workflows such as, recruitment outreach, campaign QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects. Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of test campaigns to ensure overall program quality and consistency. Triage incoming requests, utilizing technology, superior customer service and judgment - Responding within a timely manner and working 1:1 in real time. Gather learnings and insights for both internal teams to help further develop and evolve our products, and for our advertising partners to help them achieve their marketing objectives. Actively participate, collaborate, and add value to weekly training and operational meetings. Quickly implement new practices Identify tool and process efficiency gains with analytical perspective.

Skills:

  • 2+ years experience directly managing social media paid advertising      campaigns and thorough understanding of major success metrics.
  • 2+ years experience managing client - facing communication      concerning our platform’s Ads Manager/ campaign set-up per internal      direction.
  • Detail-oriented, computer literate and tech savvy with proficiency      in working with multiple desktop applications and ability to quickly learn      in-house software.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and other HTML coding as relates to ad      serving & knowledge of digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience in working on research studies (A/B tests, surveys,      interviews).

Ability to remain cool under pressure and effectively multi-task maintaining an exceptional level of quality.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a      high-performance team environment.
  • Previous large tech company experience is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or related field preferred.

Visual Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Company branding and      marketing/sales collateral, including website design, slide decks,      infographics, whitepapers/ebooks, social media imagery, display ads, event      design (e.g. booths, swag), email design and video design.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal clients, such as Marketing, Sales,      Customer Success and the executive team to create designs that effectively      bring messaging and concepts to life for a variety of target audiences      from prospects to customers to board members.
  • Manage revision process efficiently, gaining input from important      stakeholders and keeping involved parties current on timelines and next      steps
  • Provide corporate support for slide design and visual editing of      PowerPoint decks/Google Slides
  • Enforce and enhance corporate brand integrity and standards related      to visual identity.
  • Update existing content to align with updated brand standards and      visual identity
  • Maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience between 3 to 5 years as a Designer;      experience in digital marketing, including web, email, collateral and      video
  • Content layout expertise and an ability to translate core business      concepts into compelling visuals
  • Experience with design/layout of content for a wide variety of      media, including web, collateral and digital media.
  • Proven experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign),      Figma, Canva, as well as Powerpoint and Google Slides
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities and work well      independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic      approach
  • Project management skills and strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging web assets using JavaScript, and      Responsive HTML/CSS
  • Execute and refine A/B testing strategies to optimize user      experience and functionality
  • Collaboratively manage and contribute to multiple codebases
  • Embrace a variety of projects, working across diverse teams

Essential Skills:

  • At least 3 years of front-end development experience, with some      back-end know-how as a bonus
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, including its nuances and      workarounds
  • Ability to learn and implement new frameworks, we operate on a “best      tool for the job” policy
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and      libraries like React (preferred)
  • Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
  • Understanding of high-level web performance concepts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, open to learning and constructive      feedback
  • Experience with Git and other version control systems

Desirable Skills:

  • An eye for design and the ability to translate concepts into      pixel-perfect web applications/pages
  • Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in analytics and testing
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects
  • Strong interest in data analysis for informed decision-making

Additional Pluses:
